THANKSGIVING 2018
HOPE YOU HAD A WONDERFUL THANKSGIVING. TURKEY RECALL AND DIDN’T BOTHER ME BECAUSE I DIDN’T PLAN ON HAVING TURKEY. DIDN’T HAVE A LARGE CROWD OF FAMILY OR FRIENDS THIS YEAR BUT WE ATE TOO MUCH ANYWAY. MY YOUNGEST SON AND HIS DAUGHTER WHO IS THE YOUNGEST IN THE FAMILY WERE HERE. WE ARE THANKFUL TO THE LORD FOR HIS DAUGHTER GETTING A GOOD REPORT OF CANCER GONE AND DO NOT EXPECT IT TO RETURN. PRAYER AND A VERY GOOD CHILDREN’S HOSPITAL HAVE BEEN GREAT TO THEM ALL. WE ARE HAPPY AND TRULY BLESSED. MY GIRLS THAT HAVE BEEN HERE MOST OF THE GREAT-GRANDS OVER 2 YEARS ARE WITH A FAMILY THAT I KNOW ARE BEING BLESSED BY BOTH OF THEM TODAY. THEY ARE ON A JOURNEY THAT I HOPE THE LORD BLESSES AS THEY ARE GROWING UP TOGETHER WITH A CHRISTIAN FAMILY THAT LOVES THEM. YES, WE MISS THEM AS THEY MISS US. WE PRAY THAT THIS WILL BE THE RIGHT THING FOR THEM AND GOD WILL MINISTER TO THEM ALL.
2 Corinthians 9:11-12 KJV 11.Being enriched in every thing to all bountifulness, which causeth through us thanksgiving to God.
12.For the administration of this service not only supplieth the want of the saints, but is abundant also by many thanksgivings unto God;
Psalms 100:4 KJV 4.Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise: be thankful unto him, and bless his name.
Psalms 69:30 KJV 30.I will praise the name of God with a song, and will magnify him with thanksgiving.
2 Chronicles 5:13 KJV 13.It came even to pass, as the trumpeters and singers were as one, to make one sound to be heard in praising and thanking the LORD; and when they lifted up their voice with the trumpets and cymbals and instruments of musick, and praised the LORD, saying, For he is good; for his mercy endureth for ever: that then the house was filled with a cloud, even the house of the LORD;
Psalms 100:1-5 KJV 1.(A Psalm of praise.) Make a joyful noise unto the LORD, all ye lands.
2.Serve the LORD with gladness: come before his presence with singing.
3.Know ye that the LORD he is God: it is he that hath made us, and not we ourselves; we are his people, and the sheep of his pasture.
4.Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise: be thankful unto him, and bless his name.
5.For the LORD is good; his mercy is everlasting; and his truth endureth to all generations.
GOD IS GOOD.
